I had an appointment with Rosanna (confirmed via IG), however no answer when arriving at her place. Called her twice via IG and once on her personal number, no answer. Wrote to her twice on IG asking her why she wasn't present at her appointment and why she didn't reply to messages, no reply despite having read my messages! I even asked her if something happened, cause things happen in life...radio silence. I had to rush to find another nail salon that would take me last minute cause I was leaving for my honeymoon 2 days later. Things happen in life, maybe something came up...but true professionalism means getting in touch with your clients explaining the situation. This was my first time booking an appointment with Rosanna, and will obviously be my last.
